Raw Material Preparation
According to the customer’s specification, KMP melts different metals at the electric foundry to prepare them for pressing or extruding the required alloy into the needed profile.
Machining & Finishing Process
After making the alloy profile as required, the machines are set up to make the component with the appropriate processes. The component is then ultrasonically cleaned and plated if required.
Inspection & Packing
Each component or batch of items is inspected via the KMP Quality Management System (QMS). Once the inspection process is completed, the items are cleared for packing and stocked at the warehouse or prepared for shipment to the customer.
